Labor Arbitration Tribunal

In China, employment law disputes are held by its labor arbitration tribunals. Labor arbitration tribunal offices are operated by county and smaller city governments, and the districts of larger cities, to hear employment disputes. Arbitrators are chosen by the local government agency, labor union, and business, and the number of arbitrators designated by the three parties must be equal in number, with the chief arbitrator selected by the government.
